Very first thing I have done is change my alarm! This morning I was up at 5.30 am, squeezed an orange juice, took dogs for a walk, did some paperwork, put some washing on, and ALL before I would have normally gotten up!! I’m on my way!!!
I was always complaining about not having enough hours in the day. Now I will be getting an extra 90 minutes!!

I work at a community legal centre where we help people who are dealing with the sorts of struggles you experienced early in your life. To hear of your success filled me with joy and brought tears to my eyes.
It was great to then meet you and I really appreciated your kindness in giving me an autographed copy of your book.
I was feeling burnt-out and frustrated, but a week afterwards went on a long-awaited holiday with my husband and daughter and read your book. While my daughter splashed in the kids pool, my husband and I talked about our dreams. I also felt suddenly motivated and went to the gym and did a 5pm walk for charity whilst on the cruise ship. I was so excited imagining our future that I had trouble sleeping (but in a good way!)
When we got off the ship we were met by family with the terrible news that my husband’s brother had died suddenly the day before. He was aged 41, cause of death is still unknown and he leaves behind a wife with mental health problems and five children aged 14-3.
This terrible loss has just reinforced everything your book told us about how important it is to build your dream life NOW.
Whilst dealing with our shock and grief, we’ve clung to the ideas in your book – even yesterday on a long drive back from Echuca to scatter Rick’s ashes, we felt better talking about our dreams for the future and imagining what it will be like.
I can’t wait to re-read your book and write down my answers (didn’t have a pen handy by the pool so just read and daydreamed!) and do the all-important ACTION!
